"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a few acrylic sheets from MakerStock and was actually impressed. The cuts came out clean, and the sheets feel sturdy, not like that cheap flimsy stuff you sometimes get. One piece did have a tiny scratch on the edge, which was a little annoying at first, but it didn’t affect my project and wasn’t a big deal. Shipping was about what I expected. I’d order from them again, though I’d probably give everything a quick look when it arrives just to be safe.

"I ordered a part thinking it would work…"
I ordered a part thinking it would work for what I needed, but once it arrived, it turned out that it didn’t actually fit. That part happens sometimes, so I wasn’t too upset at first, but trying to return it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions for sending it back weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to spend extra time figuring out what I was supposed to do next. The refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than I thought it would, which made the whole thing feel a bit drawn out. To be fair, customer support did respond when I contacted them, but I had to follow up more than once instead of everything moving along smoothly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, and I did get it sorted in the end, but it was definitely annoying and could have been handled a lot better.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the checkout page was laggy for me, and my cart kept updating in a weird way while I was trying to finish. My order did eventually go through, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I’d recommend double-checking your cart before placing the order.

I ordered a few custom-cut pieces and they came out exactly the right size. Everything fit perfectly right away, with no sanding, trimming, or fixing needed. it gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Probably Wouldn’t Be My First Choice Next Time"
I ordered from makerstock.com once, it was just an average experience. The item did show up, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear along the way.
The quality wasn’t awful, but it also didn’t feel like anything special for the wait. Common sense says if another site has the same type of item with clearer shipping and similar pricing, I’d probably try that first before ordering here again.

"Pretty good selection overall"
I ended up ordering from MakerStock after poking around the site for a while, and the range of stuff was better than I expected. They had a bunch of small maker parts and supplies that I don’t always see in one place.
Finding the exact thing I needed took a little longer than it should’ve, mostly because some of the categories could use better filters. Still, I liked the selection and I’d probably order again. Anyway.

I don’t really get the complaints, honestly. Most of the time when I go in, they have what I’m looking for, and that’s kind of the main point for me. It’s not always perfect, but I usually leave with what I came for, so I’m not going to act like it’s a bad place

One piece had a tiny rough edge, but it was nothing a quick sanding couldn’t fix. Overall, I’m really happy with what I got and would definitely order again when I need more materials for a project.

"Order confirmation was unhelpful"
I got my order confirmation, but it barely told me anything. There wasn’t any clear delivery info, and I had to check twice just to make sure the order actually went through. It kind of gave me the feeling they were quick to take the payment, but not as quick to keep me updated after that.

The site itself is okay and easy to use, but the customer support was slower than what I’ve experienced with most other places. I waited a few days just to get a basic reply and ended up having to send a follow-up message. It’s not the worst experience ever, but compared to others, it was definitely a bit frustrating.
